  • 2. Do I need to already be licensed?

    No. You do not need to be licensed when you start.

    However, you will be required to obtain your Kansas pesticide license while working here, and we provide training and support to help you pass.


    If you already hold a Certified Applicator license, you will start at a higher pay rate.

  • 3. Is this a seasonal job?

    No. This is a full-time, year-round position.


    During peak season, you’ll focus heavily on applications and production. In slower months, we continue working through service calls, training, system improvements, and other company operations.

  • 4. How physical is the job?

    This is outdoor, field-based work. You will:


    Work in heat and varying weather


    Lift 50+ pounds


    Operate ride-on and tank spray equipment


    Walk properties regularly


    It’s not extreme labor, but it requires physical stamina and consistency.

  • 5. Is this a sales job?

    No. This is primarily a production role.


    However, you are expected to communicate professionally and make recommendations when appropriate. If you see a problem or opportunity on a property, we expect you to speak up and document it. We do not pressure technicians to hard sell.
